About Us
Michael Gomez M. D. Medical Director
Dr. Michael Gomez is a highly trained board certified physician. He has had extensive experience in providing invasive as well as non-invasive procedures and injectables for the past 17 years.
He completed his under graduate Education at Brooklyn College of Pharmacy, and received medical training at St. Vincent's Medical Center and Hospital N.Y., New York, a teaching hospital of New York Medical College.
He has received additional training in body contouring and liposuction including laser lipolysis (Smart-Lipo), non-surgical cosmetic & laser medicine including Botox, Restylane, Radiesse, Juvaderm, Artefil, Perlane, Mesotherapy, Lipodissolve, and Sclerotherapy.
Dr. Gomez has a personal interest in Anti-aging Medicine; therefore, he is involved in the disciplines of Bio-Hormone Replacement therapy, Nutrition, Detoxification, and Exercise. He is an member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Physicians and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. We are proud to have him as the Medical Director of our Med Spa.
Graciela Garza, RN
Graciela Garza is the registered nurse for Youthful Essence Medical Spa. She received here degree at the University of Texas at Brownsville and has over eight years of clinical experience in personal and hospital settings. She has received additional training in non-surgical Cosmetics and Laser Medicine, and is also certified for Botox, Restylane, Mesotherapy, and Radiesse.
Graciela has been recognized for her exceptional performance in patient care. In 2003, the Medical Board awarded her with the Medal of Excellence for her outstanding achievements at Brownsville Surgical Hospital. She has been nominated into the Cambridge Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Nursing and Healthcare. Inclusion and recognition of this kind is an honor that is limited to women who have demonstrated leadership and achievement in their profession.
